  • All bounces and invalid contacts will be replaced with new contacts by Prospect Magnetic.
  • If the Prospect Magnetic cannot replace the Bounced/Invalid contacts with Fresh contacts, the Client will receive credit contacts to use for future contracts. One credit will be provided for each invalid/bounced record.
  • In the event that the client is not happy with the provided contacts, Prospect Magnetic will refund the cost per contact for the invalid data.
